I had the amazing opportunity to spend a weeekend helping lead a small group with Mary in Duncan, OK. It was absolutley an amazing weekend. God showed up and was moving big time in our group of girls. I met 8 new friends and sisters in Christ, it was just pure bliss. Lives were changed, including mine. It's so great when there is a chance to get rid of all the distractions of life. School, communication, TV, music, everything that keeps us distracted is gone for a weekend and we get to just grow in God, and learn what a life that is ALL IN for Him looks like.
Sadly reality hit real quick after I left Duncan. I talked to mom and recieved some not so great news about my Mamoo. The details are not important, but just pray for her and my family. Pray that we'll all find comfort in the Father. That we'll be completly satisfied in Him during this time.
I heard this one time and I'm living by it this week:
God is most glorified when we are suffering because we can only be satisfied in Him.
